Sai N - Founder & Managing Director
Sai is an Electronics Engineer completed his Bachelor of Engineering from Pune University in 1993. He has rich Service Delivery, IT Staffing, Project Management and International Business Development & Software service offerings to large corporate across the globe. He worked with many well-known IT organizations & successfully handled Sales, Project Delivery & International Business He founded Proactive Solutions in 2001 as an IT Recruitment & Staffing company. He is first generation entrepreneur & strongly believes in innovative offering with in-depth understanding of client’s businesses. He is the first to start innovative “Work from Home” model in recruitment.
Pavithra K - Director (Delhi Operations)
Pavithra Krishnamurthy, after obtaining a degree in Commerce and MBA in
Finance joined the company as Key Account Manager in April 2011 and later
Promoted as Director-Delhi Operations. Prior to joining Proactive, Pavithra
has extensive experience of seven year in banking and financial services sector.
Pavithra has played a critical role in setting up Delhi Operations of Proacitve. She is
responsible for including client acquisition, key account management, hiring in-house staff and team
management. She is an excellent team player & strategist
Vaishali N - Director
Vaishali is a Master in Arts from Pune University with rich experience in educational field for more than a decade. She handles the day to day Admin, Internal HR & Finance functions.
