    1. Selection Procedure:
    • Proactive RPO & Staffing Solutions Pvt Ltd would receive detailed requirements/search brief from the client from authorized source. Proactive RPO & Staffing Solutions Pvt Ltd would be responsible for short-listing suitable and appropriate candidate(s) for client specified in the requirements/search brief.
    • Proactive RPO & Staffing Solutions Pvt Ltd will ensure that it has screened and discussed with the candidate(s) certain details as specified by client in the requirements/search brief prior to sending their profiles. This shall help our client to shorten their hiring cycle.
    2. Our Perm/One-time Hiring Services Covers:
    • Sourcing, screening the candidates as per the job profile Telephonic interview of the candidates to verify basic details, attitude & suitability to the profile of the client
    • Sharing the profile & client details with candidate
    • Coordination for interviews till joining
    3. Service Charges for Perm/One-time Hiring:
    1. The professional charges for one-time hire by client are as below:
    • Bulk Hiring (10+ Numbers & more n a month) – 6% to 7% of the CTC
    • 8.33% of the gross CTC P A - till Manager
    • 10% of the gross CTC P A – Sr. Manager till GM
    • 12.5% of the gross CTC P A - AVP till VP
    • 15% of the gross CTC P A - President & above
    2. Every resume will have a validity of 6 months with the client. A hiring of the proposed resource during this period shall attract above charges -
    3. The payment shall be made within 30 days of the candidate / referral joining the client organization.
    4. Free replacement for a period of three months post hiring if the candidate leaves on his own. The same shall not be applicable if the candidate is asked to leave by the employer for any reason
    Business Term – RPO

    Temporary Staffing
    • One time hiring fees equal to a month’s salary
    • Monthly Service Charges : 10% of the monthly fees
    • Complete end-to end process from hiring till exit of the temp staff.
    • (compliance) PF is taken care of based on clients' demand.
